Healthy enjoyment - our cuisine uses regional ingredients and offers freshness from the natural wealth of Fläming, specialities such as game from the surrounding forests or fish from the local waters, potato dishes from the Fläming potato and bread from our own bakery. The offer changes seasonally with nature. The themes of the culinary calendar are a matter close to the heart for chef Dirk Krause.
