The rafting town of Lychen is situated in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park, in the state of Brandenburg, charmingly nestled between 7 lakes and seemingly endless forests. The city of Lychen is 1.5 h away from Berlin.
On the water you can discover the beautiful lake landscape with canoes, rowing boats and solar boats as well as with a raft or a passenger ship. The best way to explore nature on land is on foot, by bike, trolley or mule. Particularly worth seeing are the rafting museum, the St. Johannes church (13th century), the town hall and the partly well-preserved town wall.

Since 1991, the Lychen Tourist Association has been responsible for the tourist interests of the city of Lychen and its suppliers. As of 31.10.2017 the association has 118 members. These include tourism service providers, companies, private individuals, Lychen associations and the city itself.
