The zoo, charmingly situated in the middle of Ruppiner Switzerland on 16 ha, accommodates about 500 animals of 90 different species. Especially rare native animals such as the European otter, lynxes, wild cats and wolves have found a home here. The enclosures blend in well with the natural conditions of the valley created by the artists. In the zoo, not only during the regular nightly guided tours, natural history education is imparted. Adventure playground and restaurant complete the offer. Many instruction boards and environmental games invite you to read, puzzle and learn.
