The monastery museum in the late Gothic cloister shows not only the history of the monastery, but also its exciting interrelations with religious and political events in the two separate exhibition sections "Ora et Labora" and "Auf Leben und Tod". Valuable unique pieces and art objects from the monastery furnishings illustrate the history of the monastery.

Visitors can take a tour of the cloister and the monastery museum as part of guided tours or with an audio guide. An audio guide for children is also available. The audio guides can be borrowed free of charge. In addition, a two-hour children's workshop is offered in the cloister on certain days, which includes a guided tour for children and practical experience with historical materials.
