In the middle of the forest and close to the lake, the family-run Waldschlösschen is an ideal excursion destination for guests looking for tranquillity and relaxation in the great outdoors. In the restaurants or under the imposing oaks of the beer garden, fresh dishes are served, prepared according to the season with game and fish, asparagus, pumpkin and mushrooms, while the kitchen likes to use its homemade herb pastes and flavoured syrups such as dandelion, woodruff or elderflower. An attraction in itself in summer are the Spare Ribs from the original American Oklahoma grill.
