Highlights are the natural beach and the hotel's own jetties for water hikers.

Special features:
  • The bungalows 1, 2 and 3, each with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed for a total of 4 persons), are continuously accessible and have barrier-free bathrooms.
  • In addition, there is a further building with steplessly accessible guest rooms, where guests can use a barrier-free shared bathroom in the corridor. The movement areas next to the beds in the pension rooms are not as spacious as in the bungalows.
  • On the spacious grounds of the resort there are also reception, sanitary buildings, water bungalow, 3 cabins, 2 smaller bungalows and 2 houses with apartments/multi-bed rooms, but which are not accessible for guests with limited mobility.
  • To the Netzener See there is a steplessly accessible jetty (certified with yellow wave) with top edge of jetty approx. 40 cm from water surface.

      • ATTENTION: Access is stepless, but the ramp for bridging the 3 existing steps at the entrance is so steep with a 20% gradient that it can only be used with one accompanying person. The staff will be happy to help.
      • There is no wheelchair toilet in the restaurant building. Overnight guests use their "own" WC in the bungalow, external guests can use the WC in the sanitary building approx. 50 m away in summer.
