In the listed buildings of the "Alte Ölmühle" in Wittenberge, sophisticated experience gastronomy is combined with the charm of the history of the former oil factory. In 1878 the storehouse part was built, in which today the restaurant with a show brewery is located. Here the HerzBräu is produced and served, known after the builder of the oil mill, Salamon Herz. The restaurant has 70 seats and a beer garden and offers meat, fish and vegetarian delicacies as well as special beer dishes.
