The name Wilde Klosterküche reflects the philosophy of the restaurant. The operators dare something, are courageous and always open for new taste experiences. They experiment and try, but only combine what is really convincing. They are inspired by classics of German cuisine and give them a contemporary look through international influences. They attach great importance to the use of regional products and deliberately select the ingredients. Vegetarians and vegans get their money's worth together with meat lovers.
