This punt was build especially for visitors with restricted mobility; from the outside there is no difference to the other Spreewald punts. The electric scissor lift does not only put electric wheelchairs safely on board, but also prams and walking frames. Boarding a canoe made easy
Boarding a canoe made easy: Einstiegshilfe für Rollifahrer

Canoe tours through the Havelland for paddling enthusiasts with restricted mobility or visual impairments can be arranged on an individual basis by the provider "Brandenburg Canoe" this includes, if required, being accompanied by a personal "pilot", who will travel with you free of charge. The tours differ from the usual tours only on the canoe's special equipment and regarding the embarking and disembarking points: The canoes have safety floats right and left so that they cannot tip over. For enhanced safety and comfort the seat incorporates a back rest. A lifter is there to assist visitors with getting into and out of their wheelchair. And don’t forget to ask about the combined tours by canoe and tandem – a genuine experience and not only for the visually impaired!

Four motorboats are available for charter use without the need of a driving licence and these can accommodate for up to 5 persons. The boats are started by pressing a button and can also be operated easily by visitors with restricted mobility. There are two marked parking spaces for the disabled as well as a public disabled toilet directly on the marina, the route to the boarding point is well paved and even. In addition, "sail away" offers a broad range of courses leading to licences for boat drivers and will plan events for you and much more.
