As of immediately there is yet another excuse for blind and visually impaired visitors to visit the "Pier 1" Restaurant, Ice-cream Parlour, Bar and Lounge on the Senftenberger See and that is - a menu in Braille! The A4 format menu has been produced with the support of the University of Applied Sciences for Lusatia in Senftenberg and has been trialled by the local Senftenberg group of the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired who were delighted to have the opportunity of testing it and giving it their seal of approval.
