Website Tracking with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Messrs, Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and make it possible to conduct an analysis of the website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your usage of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of the website, to compile reports about website activities for the website operators and to perform other services associated with website usage and Internet usage.
If necessary, Google will also transfer this information to third parties, insofar as this is prescribed by law or insofar as third parties process this information on behalf of Google. The IP address is transferred to Google anonymously and can therefore not be combined with other data. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by means of an appropriate setting in your browser software, however, we would draw your attention to the fact that, if you do so, you may find that you are not able to use all the functions of this website to their fullest extent. By using this website you state that you agree to the data collected via yourself being processed by Google in the manner and for the purpose described above.

Cookies
The webpages uses so-called cookies in several locations. They serve to make our presentation more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your computer and which are stored by your browser. The majority of the cookies used by us are so-called "Session Cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Cookies do no harm to your computer and do not contain viruses.

Liability in respect of Content
The greatest of care is applied to compiling the contents of our pages. However, we are unable to assume any guarantee as regards the correctness, completeness or the up-to-date status of the contents. As a service provider we are responsible in accordance with § 7 Sub-section 1 TMG for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. In accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are, as service providers, nevertheless under no obligation to monitor extraneous information that may be transmitted or stored or to search for circumstances that indicate any illegal activity. This does not affect any obligations to remove or block the use of information in compliance with general legislation. Any liability in this regard shall nevertheless only be possible from the point in time when knowledge of a specific breach of the law comes to light. Should corresponding breaches of the law become evident, we will remove such contents immediately.

Liability for Links
The service which we offer contains links to external third party websites, the contents of which are outside our sphere of influence. For this reason we are similarly unable to assume any guarantee for such third party content. Responsibility for the content of the linked pages is invariably the responsibility of the operator of the pages. The linked pages were checked for possible infringements of the law at the time of linking. No unlawful content was evident at the time the links were set up. A permanent check on the content of the linked pages is, however, not feasible without specific evidence of a breach of the law. Should any infringements of the law come to light we will remove any such links immediately.

Copyright
The content and works on these pages compiled by the operators of the pages are subject to German copyright law. The duplication, processing, distribution and any kind of utilisation outside the boundaries of the copyright require the written agreement of the respective author or compiler. Downloads and copies of this page are only allowed for private, non-commercial use. If the content that appears on this page has not been drawn up by the operator, third party copyrights must be taken into account. In particular, third party content must be marked as such. Should you, despite this, become aware of an infringement of copyright, we request that you advise us accordingly. Should any infringements of the law come to light we will remove any such content immediately.

Up

Within the framework of the compilation of this website, we have made every effort to keep it as barrier-free as possible within the regulations for the creation of barrier-free information technology based on the Disabled Persons Equality Act (BITV). This regulation implements the requirements of the Disabled Persons Equality Act (BGG) which has been in force since 1st May 2002. The BGG regulates the equal treatment of disabled persons within the sector of public law and constitutes an important part of the implementation of the Prohibition of Discrimination based on Article 3 Sub-section 3 Clause 2 of the Federal Constitution ("No person may be placed at a disadvantage due to his or her disability").

For visually impaired persons, the source code has been optimised and programmed with CSS 2.0 (validated in accordance with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)), so that the ReadAloud facility with established screen readers functions well.

For physically disabled people, navigation with the Tab key and via Access keys is fully accessible.

More information on the barrier-free status of the Internet page can be found here.
